1 c. shortening (try coconut oil)
1 1/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. flour
3/4 c. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cloves

Directions:
Directions:
Mix wet ingredients. Sift dry ingredients together. Combine the mixtures and roll the dough into a log. Wrap and set in fridge overnight. Slice refrigerated dough thin, place on a greased cookie sheet and bake 8-10 minutes at 350º.
