1-lb.lean ground beef
1/4 - cup salsa (your choice mild or hot)
3/4 -cup quick cook oatmeal
1-carrot shredded (optional)
2- plum tomatoes diced
1/2 cup coarsley chopped mushrooms

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350%.Spray loaf pan w/spray.In a large bowl combine beef,salsa,oatmeal, carrots,tomatoes,and mushrooms.Shape into loaf.Place in pan.Bake until brown.About 1 hour and 5 minutes.Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
