Ingredients:  
1 bunch of kale, cut with stems removed. I've used Lacinato, red Russian and Siberian kale and it all comes out good!
1/4 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
2-3 green onions, chopped
1 pear, peeled and sliced
pinch of kosher salt and black pepper
2 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
3 tbsp. olive oil
crumbled blue cheese for garnish

Directions:
Directions:
Toss kale, pecans, green onion, and pear together in a medium bowl. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle vinegar then oil over the top. Toss and serve with a sprinkling of cheese.
