2 Boxes of Jiffy Cornbread Mix
8 slices bread, finely diced
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1/2 cup of chicken broth
3 boiled eggs, diced
Directions:
Directions:
Prepare Jiffy Cornbread mix as directed on package. Crumble cornbread into a bowl. Add diced bread, cream of mushroom soup, cream of celery soup. As you are mixing (by hand is best) gradually add chicken broth until preferred consistency. Add diced eggs.

Place in a greased 9 x 12 baking dish. Bake for 35-45 minutes at 375 degrees.
