1 brownie mix box

Cookie Dough topping:
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp vanilla
1/2 cup flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/16 tsp salt
4 1/2 T water
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
Directions:
Directions:
1. Bake brownies as directed and let cool completely.

2. Mix together cookie dough topping ingredients and spread on top of brownies.

**I prefer using mini chocolate chips, but you can use regular chocolate chips too.
