2 cups minus 2 tbsp cake flour (can use regular bread flour)
1 2/3 cup bread flour
1 1/4 tsp baking soda
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 1/4 cup unsalted butter
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 cup plus 2 tbsp white sugar
2 large eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/4 lb chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry and set aside.
Cream butter and sugars for approximately 5 minutes. Add eggs. Stir in vanilla.
Add dry ingredients slowly; mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips.
Refrigerate dough for 24-36 hours.
Form into 1 inch balls and place on parchment covered baking sheet. Press 2 or 3 extra chocolate chips onto each cookie ball before baking.
Bake for 10-12 minutes at 350º.
