3/4 Cups of butter

1 Cup of Sugar

1 Egg

1/4 Cup of molasses

2 Cups of Flour

2 tsp of Baking Soda

1/4 tsp of Salt

1 tsp of cinnamon

1 tsp of crushed Cloves

1 tsp of Ginger

Directions:
Directions:
Set butter and egg out at room temperature

Set oven to 350º

Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.

Mix egg in completely then add the molasses.

In a separate bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients.

Add dry ingredients slowly and gradually into the wet molasses mixture.

Divide doughy into teaspoon-size balls.

Refrigerates for at least one hour.

Bake cookies for 10 to 12 minutes.
