1 med.yellow squash, sliced, 1med. zucchini sliced, 1 green,red or yellow pepper sliced in thin rings, 1sm. onion sliced thin, 2c mozzarella cheese, 1/2 tsp. pepper, 1/2 tsp onion or garlic salt, 2c spaghetti sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1/2 yellow squash & 1/2 zucchini in bottom of pam sprayed casserole dish. add 1/2 of pepper rings. add half of onion rings. pour 1c spaghetti sauce over top. sprinkle 1/8tsp. salt & pepper over top. sprinkle 1c mozzarella cheese over top. repeat layers. bake in preheated oven at 350 for 1/2 hr.
