1/2 box of Crispex
1/2 box of Shreddies
Bugles (as much as you wish)
Pretzels
3-5 lb. of assorted nuts- cashews, dry roasted peanuts, almonds etc.
(Vary cereals by preference--can also add cheerios)

Sauce:
1 1/2 Tbsp. onion salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 c. margarine

Directions:

Mix together cereals, pretzels, bugles and nuts in a roasting pan. To make sauce, melt margarine in a saucepan and add seasonings. Stir sauce until smooth. Pour sauce over nuts and bolts mixture. Make sure you mix well so sauce is evenly distributed. Cook in 275º oven for 2-3 hours, stirring every 1/2 hour. Turn oven off and leave overnight to continue to mingle flavours. Store in a airtight container. I freeze and bring out when we want a tasty snack!

This was a Brasnett Christmas tradition when I was growing up and became a Bagnall tradition. I often put it in Christmas tins and gave it to teachers for a Christmas present. When the kids moved away from home, I'd make up a batch and send it to them for an early taste of Christmas!
