Ingredients:
Ingredients:
• ¾ lb. Sahlens Off The Bone Ham (Sliced very thin)
• ¾ lb. Wegmans Honey Roasted Turkey Breast (Sliced very thin)
• ½ lb. Wegmans Italian Classics Hard Salami
• 1 lb. Bacon
• Cheddar Cheese (1 block)
• 1 Wegmans Pain de Campagne Round Bread
• Mayonnaise
• Mustard
• Italian Dressing
• Lettuce (Only if you’re going to be eating it within a day or two, otherwise it gets soggy)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry up about ½ lb. bacon and set aside to cool.
2. Take the loaf of bread and cut through the top of the loaf in a circular pattern, with the knife entering perpendicular to the horizontal axis of the bread. Cutting it should make it look like an above ground swimming pool. Like a large bread bowl. You want the sides to still be there in order to hold everything in. Be careful not to pierce the bottom of the loaf with the knife.
3. After cutting around in a circular pattern, put your hand into the hole and use your fingers to separate the middle part of the bread from the bottom. You have to be careful not to go through the bottom here also. Once finished you should be able to pull the center section of the bread from the loaf. Like taking the top off of a pumpkin.
4. From the middle top that you just removed, cut horizontally to remove about ¾ inch of bread. Save this for later, it will become one of the middle layers of the sandwich. Think of the Big Mac, how it has that extra bun in the middle.
5. Now comes the meat, first cover the entire bottom of the bread bowl with the turkey. I like to rip up the pieces a bit but do it however you please.
6. Cover the turkey with mayonnaise, remember that it’s a huge sandwich so make sure you put enough on it. Notice how you do not want either the mayonnaise or mustard to come in contact with the bread directly, because it will get soggy.
7. Then put the salami on top of that.
8. Replace the layer of bread you removed earlier and squish it down a bit.
9. Place the ham on top of the replaced layer of bread.
10. Put a good amount of mustard on top of the ham.
11. If you are putting lettuce on it, then it goes on top of the mustard.
12. Then the cooled bacon.
13. Cut slices of cheddar cheese and place that on top.
14. Finally take some Italian dressing and put a medium amount directly onto the top piece of bread.
15. Place the top of the bread onto the sandwich.
16. Once it is complete, it is still much too large to fit into your mouth and as a result you will need to squish it down quite a bit. Wrap the sandwich in 2 pieces of aluminum foil (in a cross pattern) and then place it into a gallon size plastic bag. We then put a cutting board on the sandwich and balance 2 10 lb weights on top in order to squish it down over night. In order for this to work the plastic bag needs to be slightly open in order to allow the air out.
