8C flour
6 C brown sugar
3 C shortening
8C quick oatmeal
4 tsp salt
2 tsp baking soda

Mix together and store at room temperature in airtight container.

6 C cookie mix
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 C milk
1/2 C nuts
1 pkg chocolate chips
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350º

Raisin Spice Cookies
6 C basic cookie mix
2 eggs
1/2 C milk
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 C chopped nuts
1 C raisins
Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350º
