3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt
2 egg yolks
2 cups milk
1 tsp. vanilla
4 bananas
1 Tbsp. melted butter
2 - Baked Pie Crusts (cooled)

Meringue:
2 egg whites
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, salt and sugar. Add egg yolks and milk. Cook until thick. Cool. Then add the vanilla and butter. Slice two bananas each, in two 8-inch pie crusts. Then, divide the filling in half and cover the two pies.

Meringue:
Beat egg whites and salt until stiff. Then, beat in the sugar.
Bake at 350º for 10-1 minutes.

This is also very good in a 9 x 13 pan with a graham cracker crust.
You could also use whipped cream or Cool Whip instead of the meringue.
Make sure the pie is cool before you top with the cream.
