Mix together:
3 c. mashed sweet potatoes (40 oz. can)
1/4 c. softened butter
1/4 c. milk
1/2-1 c. sugar
1 beaten egg
1 tsp. vanilla

Blend and top with:
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
