Cucumbers
1 head dill
1 clove garlic
Pinch of whole mustard seed

FOR 1 QUART (1 quart per jar)
3 ounces white vinegar
1 tablespoon sugar
1 tablespoon salt
1 3/4 cup water, room temperature

Directions:
Directions:
Wash cucumbers with brush and soak in cold water.

Pack cucumbers tightly into jars with dill, garlic, and mustard seed.

Combine vinegar, sugar, and salt. Stir well until salt is well combined. Add room temperature water.

Add liquid to jars to cover cucumbers. Adjust lids.

Process in cold water bath and watch carefully. As soon as water reaches a boil, remove jars immediately.

Cool and store.
