1 to 1 1/2 lbs.of haddock cut into bite size pieces.
crushed ritz crackers
1 can shrimp soup
shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. milk
Directions:
Directions:
arrange fish in a lg. shallow greased baking dish
Cover with a layer of crumbs then sprinkle with layer of cheese .
Mix soup and milk.
pour over top and add more cheese.
Bake at 350º for 30 mins. or until fish flakes
