DRESSING
1 cup oil
1/4 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup ketchup
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 cup sugar
pinch of salt and pepper

SALAD
6 cups spinach
1 can chopped water chestnuts
1 cup bean sprouts
1/2 cup crumbled bacon
1 cup sliced mushrooms
3 hard boiled eggs
Directions:

Mix all dressing ingredients together and blend well. Toss all salad ingredients together. Toss with dressing and serve.
