1 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
1 med. onion
2-3 T. oil
salt
1 pkg. grands biscuits
feta cheese
1 egg - beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Chop onion, saute' in oil, add spinach, add salt, cook until all water is absorbed.
Add feta cheese.
Flatten biscuits into a circle.
Put a couple of spoons of spinach cheese mixture on biscuits.
Fold over and pinch edges closed.
Brush with egg.
Bake according to biscuit directions.

Hun brought these yummy delights to a neighborhood block party. They were a great hit and they had lots of competition. Although it sounds rather Greek, Hun was from Turkey. I recommend you thaw your spinach and squeeze out excess water out with a pastry towel. I double this recipe when taking it to an event which takes longer to prepare, but is worth the wait.
