6 slices white bread
2 Tbsp butter, softened
1lb sausage
1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
5 eggs
2 cups Half and Half
1 tsp dry mustard
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Trim crusts from bread and spread lightly with butter. Arrange in greased 9X13 pan. Brown sausage until crumbly; drain. Layer sausage and cheese over bread. Combine eggs, Half and Half, dry mustard and salt in bowl; beat until smooth. Pour over top. Chill for 8 hours or longer. Bake at 350º for 40 to 50 minute, or until set and golden brown.
