12 thin slices of Canadian bacon
12 slices Swiss cheese
12 eggs
1 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
paprika and fresh chopped parsley (optional for garnish)

Directions:
Directions:
Lightly grease 13x9 pan. Layer the bacon on bottom, followed by the Swiss cheese. Break eggs over Swiss cheese, being careful not to break the yolks. Pour the cream (unwhipped) over the eggs. Bake at 450 for 10 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Bake another 8-10 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish if desired.
