1/4 cup Apple Juice
1/4 cup Pineapple juice
1/4 tsp cinnamon
dash of nutmeg
2 whole hicken breast, skinned, boned and halved

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, combine juices cinnamon and nutmeg; bring to a boil. Add chicken; return to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer gently 14 to 20 minutes or until chicken is fork tender and juices run clear.
