2 cup flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/8 tsp salt
2 egg
1 cup sugar
4 tbsp. oil
1 cup milk
Fresh fruit; peaches, blueberries or strawberries

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients. Line a 10" square dish with cut fresh fruit. Pour mixture over top of fruit. Bake 350 for about 20-30 min. Serve with ice cream
