2 Cups cooked white rice
2 boxes frozen chopped broccoli - cooked and drained
Celery and onion - optional - I don't use anymore - don't miss it. ;)
1 jar jalapeņo Cheese Whiz* (discontinued - can use reg. and add a small amount of pureed jalapeņo)
1 jar Cheese Whiz*
2 cans mushroom soup

Directions:

Combine all the ingredients in a large casserole pan. Bake @ 350 for 30 min.

*I take the lid off the Cheese Whiz and heat it in the microwave for a few seconds to melt it a little bit before combining it in with the other ingredients. The hot rice will also help melt the Cheese Whiz.
