2 c. French's French Fried Onions
2 T. flour
4-5 oz. chicken breasts
1 egg, beaten

Directions:
Crush French fried onions with flour in plastic bag. Dip chicken breasts into egg, then coat in onion crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes or until they reach 160 degrees Fahrenheit internal temperature. Can also use pork chops, preferably bone-in pork chops.
