3 or 4 med potatoes thinly sliced
onion thinly sliced
salt
pepper
1/2 c milk
butter
1/2 c cheddar cheese
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Layer potatoes, onion, diced butter, salt, pepper 3 or 4 times in a buttered casserole dish.
Pour milk over the potatoes.
Place casserole on a foil lined pan.
Cover and bake at 350º for 45 min.
Remove cover
Sprinkle with cheese
Bake 10 min until cheese melts

Don't pay any attention to the quantities.
Layer potatoes, onion, salt, pepper, and butter repeatedly in the quantity needed for the number of people you plan to serve.
Pour in milk. Place casserole on a foil lined pan as it may overflow.
Use as much cheese as you like.
