4-6 large potatoes (depending on crowd)
1/2 cup mayo (to taste)(Hellmans/Duke)
1/2 cup sour cream (to taste)
2 tbsp ranch dressing (Hidden Valley, Buttermilk brand)
1/2 cup butter (to taste)
1 cup shredded cheese or more

Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes until done and leave the skil on. Remove from heat and cool. When cool, cut potatoes in half (long way) and remove inside of potato and put into another bowl. Mix all ingredients together except for the cheese and put back into the potato skins (kind of like deviled eggs). Put the shredded cheese on top and microwave for 10-15 seconds or until cheese is melted. Serve hot.

I'm not sure where this recipe came from, but Momma used to make it for me and Jenny when we were little. They are really good for a side item with a main meal or could be used for appetizers and they acutally look like little boats!!! You might want to change the ingredients some depending on how many potatoes you use.
