2 cups small shrimp, shelled and cooked
2 cups cooked rice
1/2 lb. crabmeat (canned is fine)
1 cup peas with juice
1 small bell pepper, minced
1 small onion, minced
dash hot sauce
1 tsp. Worchestershire sauce
1/2 package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
1 cup Miracle Whip salad dressing (no substitute)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients very gently in bowl, taking care not to over stir. Place in buttered cassrole dish, cover with foil and bake in 350 degree oven for 20 - 25 minutes.

Tony and Andrea's rehearsal dinner was held at Andy's Restaurant in Opelika. The restaurant, which closed years ago, was famous for many dishes, including this casserole.
