Bisquick light 2 cups
3/4 cup milk 1%
1 egg
fold in 2 cups blueberries

topping:
1/2 cup Bisquick
1/4 cup Splenda brown sugar mix
1/2 stick margarine, softened
cinnamon to taste I use 1/2 tablespoon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients together then fold in the blueberries spread into 8x8 cooking pan
then mix the topping together and spread over bottom mix

my husband is diabetic so it is something we enjoy for coffee cake or dessert with cool whip on top we use extra cinnamon because we like the flavor
