1/4 c. sugar
4 eggs
5 T. melted butter
3 c. milk

Directions:
Mix all ingredients together with an electric mixer. Melt a little butter in a crepe or small nonstick skillet and pour some batter in there, about 3 T. and swirl around to make a thin crepe. Cook about a minute and flip over and cook about another minute. Drain on paper towel and place on wax paper. Wipe out skillet before making another one. Stack between pieces of wax paper so crepes don't stick together.

Crepes are delicious with plain powdered sugar, Nutella, sautéed apples and honey and lemon juice, sliced peaches, strawberries or any variety of fillings such as ice cream or a sauce such as Crepe Suzette (made with Gran Marnier) Use your imagination!
