1 1/2 - 2 lbs. fresh mushrooms
3/4 stick butter
1/4 cup teriyaki
1/2 cup red cooking wine

Directions:
Directions:
Cut mushrooms in half, rinse well and drain. Saute' mushrooms in non-stick frying pan in butter for about 15 minutes on low, stirring occasionally. Stir in the teriyaki and cook on low 2 minutes longer, then add red cooking wine and continue to cook on low 5 minutes more.
