2 cups uncooked noodles
1/2 lean ground beef
2 T chopped onions
8 oz tomato sauce
1/4 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp garlic salt
pepper
1 cup cream style cottage cheese
2 oz cream cheese softened
1 T chopped green pepper
1 T sour cream
1 T parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
cook noodles, meanwhile in large skillet cook beef and onion, drain

stir in tomato sauce and seasonings.

in small bowl combine cottage cheese, cream cheese and sour cream

drain noodles, place 1/2 on greased 1 qt baking dish, spoon 1/2 beef mixture over top repeat layers, sprinkle with Parmesan

cover bake 350º 20-25 min
