Start with a 3 layer dark chocolate cake, baked. Cool.

Twinkie Filling:
1 stick softened butter.
1/2 Crisco
1 1/2 c. granulated sugar
3/4 Carnation evaporated milk
1T vanilla
Chocolate frosting-from a can or homemade

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together ingredients for Twinkie Filling together. Beat for 8 to 10 minutes. Use filling between layers of cake. Frost top of cake with chocolate frosting. .
