Two 15oz cans sliced or chopped peaches in syrup
1/2 c (1 stick) butter
1 c self-rising flour
1 c sugar
1 c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º F

Drain 1 can of peaches, reserve syrup from one can.
melt the butter and pour into a 9x12 ovenproof baking dish. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar, then stir in milk and the reserved syrup and pour into the melted butter dish. Arrange the peaches on top of batter.

Bake for 1 hour. The cobbler is done when the batter rises around the peaches and the crust is golden brown and delicious.
