1 1/2lbs. ground turkey (I use brown & white meat together, its juicier)
1/3 cup fresh bread crumbs
1/3 cup skim milk
1 egg
1/2 cup onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup green pepper
3 Tblsp. ketchup
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. cumin
Salt & pepper to taste
Glaze:
3 Tblsp. brown sugar
1/4 cup ketchup
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:

Mix meatloaf ingredients. Put in 9x5x2 glass bread dish. Bake at 350 for 30 - 40 minutes. Spread on glaze and bake 20 minutes more. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
