2 cups bisquidk
2/3 cup milk
1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Topping: Mix together
4 Tblsp. melted butter
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. parsley flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients to a soft dough. Beat for 30 seconds. Drop dough by spoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 425 for 10 minutes. When biscuits come out of oven, spread on topping.
