6 green peppers
1 lb hamburger
2 tbls onion chopped
1 (15oz) can tomato sauce
1 cup cooked rice
1 tsp salt
1/8 sp gaarlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Slice tops off green peppers; take out seeds etc. Place peppers in enough boiling water to cover them and cook for about 5 min. Cook hamburger and onion until hamburger is light brown: drain grease off. Add remaining ingredients and stir .. Fill peppers with stufffing. Place in baking dish. Cover and cook for about 25 minutes. Uncover and cook another 15 , serve while hot.

I like to put a little cheese on the tops at the last 15 minutes of cooking. Also for me personely I dont add the ground beef and use the rice and a few chopped vegetables (what ever I have on hand).
