1-cup fine Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 stick melted butter
2-cups sliced Vidalia Onions
1/2- cup sharp grated cheddar cheeses
parsley(optional)
2- tbsp. butter
2- eggs
3/4 -cup milk
dash ground pepper
paprika
dash of tobasco
3/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cracker crumbs with 1/2 stick melted butter.Press into 8 inch pie plate. Saute until clear (but not brown) the following. Onions in 2 tbsp. butter,spoon the onions ,when clear,into the crust.Beat egg with milk,salt,pepper,and tobasco.Pour over onions.Sprinkle with cheese then sprinkle witih paprika.Bake at 350% for 30 min. Test with knife,if it comes out clean,then pie is ready.Garnish with parsley
