1 large can of sweet peas
1 small onion (only add as much onion as you like)
1 fresh tomato
1 small cucumber, sliced and quartered
1/2 cp. lettuce, shredded
1/4 small green pepper
4-6 mushroom, sliced
Grated sharp cheese
2-3 tbs. Miracle Whip
Vinegar and sugar

Mix all ingredients and serve cold. It is better if you keep cold for about 30-60 min. before serving.

This was originally mom's recipe. It was usually made with just onions and Mayonnaise. Over the years I have added to it. It is one of those recipes that you have to judge for yourself the quantity needed. I taste the dressing to make sure it is to my liking. Try It! I think you will like it.
