Directions:
Cut thawed cubed steaks to preferred size--I do about 6 oz sizes
Salt/pepper steak to taste, dash of garlic powder and onion powder over steaks.
Prepare flour with salt, pepper, garlic powder and onion powder.
Whip eggs with pepper to taste
Place milk in a bowl/pan large enough to dip each slice of meat. Add Ranch dressing and stir well.

Put oil in pan and turn to moderately high to heat grease. Sprinkle flour into grease to determine when ready.

Dip meat into "milk" mixture, then flour lightly, dip into egg mixture, then flour again. Once oil is ready, place steak gently in pan. Allow to fry until bottom starts turning golden, then turn. Continue turning until golden brown, making sure center of meat is not pink. Place on paper towels to absorb excess oil. Serve hot.
