1 eggplant
1/2 cup of mayonnaise
1-2 cloves of garlic
1/4 tsp. of salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350º F.
2. Place the eggplant on a pan and poke it with a fork to prevent it from exploding.
3. Put the eggplant in the oven for ? minutes. Remove and let it cool.
4. Cut the eggplant down the middle and take out the flesh and put it in a bowl.
5. Place the garlic and salt in the bowl and blend it with an immersion blender.
