2 cups flour

3/4 cup powdered sugar

1 cup unsalted butter

4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1/2 cup flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 cups rhubarb, chopped

Crumb Topping from the store opt

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 2 cups flour and powdered sugar. Cut in butter, until crumbs form. Press in bottom of jelly roll pan. Bake at 350F for 15 minutes. Blend eggs, sugar, 1/2 cup flour, and salt. Fold in rhubarb. Spread over crust. Also on top of filling add a crumb topping. Bake 40-45 minutes in 350F oven. Cool. Cut into squares.
