Kraft Mini Marshmallows
1 c. icing sugar
2 squares of bakers chocolate unsweetened
1 beaten egg

Directions:
Melt chocolate over hot water or in microwave remove from heat add your beaten egg and icing sugar. Fold in pkg. of mini marshmallows until totally coated. Drop a tablespoon (or whatever size you desire) into unsweetened fine coconut and roll.

Note: do not substitute the fine unsweetened coconut or the Kraft Mini Mellows
