1/3 C. VEG. OIL
2 EGGS
3/4 C. HEAVY WHIPPING CREAM
1 C. CHOCOLATE CHIPS
3 EGGS
1/3 C. SUGAR

HEAT OVEN TO 350; GREASE 9X13 PAN.
STIR BROWNIE MIX, SYRUP, WATER, 2 EGGS, AND OIL I N MED. BOWL UNTIL WELL BLENDED; SPREAD IN PAN.
HEAT WHIPPING CREAM AND CHOC. CHIPS OVER MED. HEAT STIRRING CONSTANTLY UNTIL CHOC. IS MELTED AND MIXTURE IS SMOOTH, COOL. BEAT 3 EGGS AND THE SUGAR WITH MIXER ON MED. SPEED UNTIL FOAMY; STIR INTO CHOC. MIXTURE. POUR EVENLY OVER BATTER.
BAKE ABOUT 40 MIN. OR UNTIL TOPPING IS SET. COOL COMPL;ETELY, SERVE AT ROOM TEMP. OR COVER AND REFRIG.
