1 1/-lbs. ground beef
1-medium onion
12-oz. tomato paste
1- large can of diced tomatoes
water to make thin sauce
2- bay leaves
1/4-tsp. Italian seasoning
1to 1 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
9- noodles
1-tsp. olive oil
1-tsp salt
1 1/2 cups cottage cheese,mixed with 2 eggs
paramesan cheese(generous amount)
mozzarella cheese (generous amount.)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef and onion until they are done,drain grease off.Add tomato paste,diced tomatoes,and a little water to make thin sauce.Add bay leaves,Italian seasoning,garlic salt.Simmer for 1 1/2 hours till thickened.Add water if needed.While sauce is cooking .Cook the 9 noodles in water with salt, and a little oil,until just barley tender.Cool in cold water.Spray 9 by 13 pan, cover bottom with sauce,then 3 noodles,layer with half the cottage cheese mixture,sauce,parmasan cheese,mozzarello.Another layer of noodles,cottage cheese,sauce,parmesan,and mozzarello.Last 3 noodles,top with rest of sauce,parmesan,mozzarella.Bake at 350% for 45 minutes to 1 hr.Let set about 20 minutes before cutting.
