1lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1 large egg
cracker crumbs and hard bread crumbs
1 half potato cut into small pieces
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and shape into 2 pones. Heat enough oil to cover bottom of large skillet. Brown pones in hot oil on all sides. 1/2 slice uncooked bacon may be added to the top of each one. Turn heat to low and add a little water. Cook 45 minutes or so adding water as needed to cover bottom of skillet.
