6 ears corn 6 strips bacon 2 - 4 tbsp. flour 2 - 4 tbsp. water salt and pepper to taste
Cut corn off cob and add to large frying pan. Add cooked bacon and some bacon grease. Add flour and water (small amounts at a time) as a thickening agent. Cook until medium thick. Frequent stirring prevents sticking and keeps a consistent thickness.
