3 sweet potatoes cut into 1 inch wedges
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 1/2 T. olive oil
1/4 t. thyme
1/8 t. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 t. salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Combine all ingredients except potatoes in large bowl. Add potatoes and toss to thoroghly coat.
3. Spread potatoes in single layer on rimmed baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes. Serve 4.
