1-package yellow cake mix with pudding
3/4 cup crisco oil
4- eggs
3/4 cup apricot nectar
3-tsp. lemon extract
1 1/2 -cups confectioners sugar
lemon concentrate to make a thin glaze( about 3/4 cup)

Directions:
Empty cake mix into a mixer bowl,add oil eggs,apricot nectar ,lemon extract. Mix well. Spray pam a 10 inch tube pan. Bake at 300 % for 1 hour.While cake is baking, prepare the glaze.Stir confectioners sugar and lemon concentrate together.You don't want any lumps and you want it slightly thin.When cake is done ,remove from oven,pour glaze on the top as soon as you take it out.( I usually put the glaze on with a pastry brush) .Punch small holes so the glaze will go down in the cake.LEAVE IN PAN UNTIL COLD.Remove and put on cake plate.
