1/-cup hot peppers (Cayenne)
1/-cup Sweet Peppers(red & green bell peppers)
1- large onion
6 1/2-cups sugar
1 1/2 -cups white vinegar
1- bottle liquid Certo

Directions:
Directions:
In a large enamel dishpan,mix vinegar and sugar.
Grind peppers and onions,at this point,you must have on rubber gloves or the hot peppers will eat you hands up.Add pepper and onions to vinegar mixture.Bring to a full rolling boil.Stir once in a while.Remove from heat.Leave for 5 minutes,add 1 bottle of liquid cetto. Put in hot steralized jars,seal with hot steralized lids.When cool wipe off jars if they are sticky.

This is good ,wonderful with peas or butter beans and meat. I usually make three batches at a time ,for 10 pints.(1 1/2 cup hot peppers,1 1/2 sweet peppers,3 large onions ,19 1/2 cups sugar,4 1/2 cups vinegar, 3-bottles liquid certo)
