2 cups sugar
4 tbsp cocoa
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup milk
4 cups of oatmeal
1/2 cup coconut
1/4 cup peanut butter
Directions:
Directions:
Add first 4 ingredients to medium size heavy saucepan. Bring to a boil and time for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Add oatmeal, coconut and peanut butter. Mix well. Spoon onto cookie sheets lined with parchment paper to cool. Do not refrigerate.
