2 large sweet onions
2 eggs
1 1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
2 t. sugar
1 t. paprika
1/4 t. garlic salt
1/4 t. seasoned salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cut onions into 1/2 inch slices.
2. In a shallow dish, whisk eggs. In another shallow bowl, combine crushed cornflakes, sugar, paprika, garlic salt and seasoned salt.
3. Dip onion rings in eggs, then coat with cornflake mixture. Arrange rings in single layer on greased baking sheets.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes until tender. Serves 6.
